This is a 6 Week clay workshop where students will learn the fundamentals of hand-building and wheel throwing, as well as build on current skills. This is a beginner/intermediate class.

Week 1: Making - Hand building

Week 2: Making - Wheel throwing

Week 3: Creating and Trimming.

Week 4: Creating, Trimming, and finishing projects

Week 5: Glazing

Week 6: Art show

Course objectives: to learn the fundamentals of clay, to see projects through from start to finish, build on current skills, and to increase communication skills. This class is geared for children in upper elementary school and onward.

This workshop will run for six consecutive Monday’s, beginning September 23rd, and ending on October 28th 2024. There are two time slot options, please select ONE time slot below.
